Singapore to Host MICE Show Asia 2025, the Premier Hub for Business Events in APAC

MICE Show Asia 2025, Asia Pacific’s premier platform for meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions, will return to the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore, from 15 to 17 October 2025. Co-located with ITB Asia and Travel Tech Asia, the three-day event will unite global leaders, innovators, suppliers, and professionals to shape the future of business events across the region. More than a meeting point, the show has become the heartbeat of the industry, driving global commerce, knowledge exchange, and meaningful connections.

On the exhibition floor, a wide-ranging lineup of destinations, venues, hospitality brands, technology providers, and event management companies will showcase their latest offerings. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with global players, including Business Events Perth, EventSmart Conferences & Events, Sapporo Convention Bureau, Pocketalk, Courtyard by Marriott Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, Le Meridien Phuket Beach Resort, Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok and ASIA DMC, making the exhibition a true marketplace of ideas and opportunities.

“MICE Show Asia has become a vital platform in APAC’s rapidly evolving business events landscape. With the global MICE sector valued at billions, it plays a key role in driving tourism, economic growth, and knowledge exchange. This year’s programme will provide the insights, innovations, and partnerships that will define the industry’s future,” said Darren Seah, Executive Director, Messe Berlin Asia Pacific, Organiser of ITB Asia, MICE Show Asia, and Travel Tech Asia.

The 2025 conference programme will spotlight transformative strategies and pressing issues shaping the industry. Sessions will cover gamification in MICE, the power of AI in event planning, the evolution of business travel in a hybrid world, expectations in the luxury MICE segment, the impact of technology on corporate travel, and the growing popularity of river cruises. Among the highlights is the unveiling of the 2026 Global Meetings and Events Forecast by Kaori Pereyra-Lago, Head of Strategic Meetings Management for APAC & EMEA at American Express Global Business Travel, offering delegates crucial insights on future trends, technology adoption, and the evolving expectations of meeting participants. Another major highlight will be the MICE Leaders’ Panel titled “MICE 2030 – Innovating for a Bold New Era in Event Design and Experiences,” featuring Gareth Martin of Business Events Perth, Damian Pisanelli of ConferenceDirect, Chris Burke of Creative Technology Asia, and Anna Patterson of Sight Agency, who will explore how sustainability, creativity, and technology will transform event design over the next decade.

Further sessions will delve into the rise of micro-events and decentralised formats, with Qinxin Khoo of Live Group examining how smaller gatherings and satellite activations are driving intimacy, localisation and real-time engagement. Corporate travel will also take centre stage, as Pom Corpuz of Chase Travel Corporate Solutions, Jérôme Grant Caplan of Procurigence, and Jo-Ann Chung of Summit discuss the balancing act between cost management, sustainability, and traveller experience in Asia’s shifting business travel landscape.

Strategic partnerships will once again underpin the show’s knowledge-driven agenda. Key partners such as the China Business Event Industry Committee (CBEIC), EVINTRA, the Global MICE Collaborative – a joint initiative by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) – along with the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC), Tourism Economics and Uncommon Conferences will deliver impactful content and enrich discussions on sustainability, incentive travel, and shifting market dynamics. “It is rare to gather so many MICE professionals in one place, as most of us are usually busy organising events. MICE Show Asia offers a rare and rewarding opportunity to learn, connect, and collaborate,” said Banu Kannu, Founder, Uncommon Conferences.

MICE Show Asia 2025 promises to be the definitive hub for the APAC business events industry, where innovation, collaboration, and inspiration converge.
