The India Convention Promotion Bureau (ICPB) has announced the 15th edition of the prestigious Conventions India Conclave (CIC) 2026, scheduled to take place from August 19–21, 2026, at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
The flagship event is being organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and jointly hosted by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) and Delhi Tourism. Widely regarded as South Asia’s premier networking platform for the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) industry, the Conclave will bring together leading stakeholders from across the global business events ecosystem.
The theme for the 15th Conventions India Conclave, “Powering the Future of Innovation,” reflects the industry’s growing emphasis on technological advancement, emerging business opportunities and transformative growth. The conclave will focus on all major segments of the MICE sector, including incentives, exhibitions, association conferences and corporate meetings, creating new avenues for collaboration, business development and knowledge exchange.
The 15th edition holds special significance not only as a milestone event for the Indian convention industry but also as an important platform for ICPB to reinforce its role as the apex body promoting India as a preferred global convention destination. The conclave will further highlight ICPB’s ongoing efforts towards organisational restructuring and strengthening, aimed at enhancing India’s competitiveness in the international meetings and events market.
Designed on the lines of globally renowned industry events such as IBTM, ITCMA and IMEX, the Conventions India Conclave has established itself as a premium B2B platform that connects buyers and sellers from across the convention and events ecosystem. The event is expected to attract 350–400 delegates, including domestic and international hosted buyers, industry leaders, destination representatives and decision-makers, alongside 75–100 exhibitors showcasing destinations, convention centres, hotels, DMCs and related services.
A key feature of the conclave will be its dedicated exhibition and pre-scheduled B2B meetings programme, providing participants with targeted networking opportunities and facilitating meaningful business engagements.
The two-day business programme will feature insightful sessions, panel discussions and keynote addresses by distinguished national and international experts.
