The Association of Domestic Tour Operators of India (ADTOI) has announced the installation and launch of its Karnataka Chapter, marking a significant milestone in its efforts to strengthen domestic tourism and create greater opportunities for tour operators across the state. The launch ceremony was held at Hotel Maurya, Race Course Road, Bengaluru, and brought together ADTOI members, tourism stakeholders, industry leaders and professionals from the travel, tourism and hospitality sectors. The programme commenced with lunch, followed by the formal installation and launch ceremony and the first meeting of the newly established chapter.
The Karnataka Chapter will be led by Roshan Pinto as Chapter Chairman, Poonam Shetty as Chapter Secretary, and Bhavana Jalan as Chapter Treasurer. The chapter committee will also include Neena L. Pereira as Lady Entrepreneur Officer (LEO) Member, H. Jagadeesh as National Growth Committee for Chapter (NGCC) Member, and Ramananda K. S. as State Chapter Advisor (SCA) Member.
The ceremony was graced by several eminent dignitaries, including M. Srinivas, Chairman, Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation; Manoj Kumar, IFS, Principal Secretary (Forests), Government of Karnataka; Janardhan H. P., Joint Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka; K. Syama Raju, President, South Indian Hotel & Restaurant Association (SIHRA), President, Karnataka Tourism Society (KTS), and Past President, FHRAI; and Vishweshwar Bhat, Editor-in-Chief, Vishwavani.

Representing ADTOI at the occasion were Ved Khanna, National President; Ashish Segal, National Vice President; Shri D. R. Chouhan, National Managing Committee Member; and Shri Atul Singh, National Managing Committee Member.

Through greater industry engagement, knowledge sharing and joint initiatives, the chapter aims to promote Karnataka’s diverse tourism experiences and enhance connectivity between tour operators, tourism authorities and other stakeholders.
